PERFECTLY POSH – REVIEW (2021) LEGIT? SCAM? READ NOW!

Hi and welcome to my review about Perfectly Posh!

You may be wondering what exactly is this company all about? Questions are swirling around the internet about this Perfectly Posh. Are they Legit or are they a scam? It’s definitely hard to tell by the name itself. Let’s dig in, and I’m going to tell you everything you need to know about this Company, so you can make the right decision about whether you want to do business with them or not. Let”s get to it. I hope you enjoy my review!

About the Company – Perfectly Posh

Perfectly Posh claims they have the best pampering products in the industry and go by seven values “Innovation, Creativity, Energy, Fun, Honesty, Respect, and Passion”.

Perfectly Posh identifies itself as a “brand.” instead of marketing itself as an MLM company. However, after reviewing the company, it is definitely an MLM company.

In 2011 Ann Dalton founded Perfectly Posh. The company address was not listed on their website; however, I located this information on the Better Business Bureau site, which listed their headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT, USA.

I located Ann Dalton’s “Executive Bio” after doing a Google search for Perfectly Posh’s founder. This led me to a Virtual Office Link, which I attached here, so if you are interested, you may read more about Ms. Dalton. I believe this information regarding the founders should not have been that difficult to find.

LinkedIn’s Ann Dalton profile indicates that she was the CEO, owner, and founder of Perfectly Posh until February 2020. However, there’s no mention of her leaving or of anyone new taking over as the CEO. I was unable to determine, and it was not clear if the company has a current CEO.

In 2017 Perfectly Posh was given a warning letter by the FDA. I have not not found any regulatory issues since.

WHAT IS MLM?

Multi-level marketing (MLM) Multi-Level-Marketing is a type of business model in which individual representatives receive commissions for selling products. This can happen through a variety of methods, including direct sales, referrals, or word-of-mouth. However, representatives also receive financial compensation by having people in their downline who are also selling the company’s products. This business model is dependent on both product sales and future sign-ups.

MLM companies are notorious for overpriced marketing products. More than likely, this is because they have to pay their representatives commissions on top of what the company makes.

Perfectly Posh – Products

Perfectly Posh is a multi-level-marketing business aimed at women that sells beauty and skincare products such as – face and hand creams, soaps, lip balms, and body scrubs…  These Perfectly Posh Products are designed to enrich a person’s health and allow individuals to pamper themselves regardless of how busy their lives are.

Their website provides a catalog with a complete list of their products. They have too numerous products to list here individually. However, be aware; their products are on the pricey side, which is not uncommon for an MLM company. But, it can make it difficult to sell the items from a business standpoint. Something to think about…

The website indicates all of the products are naturally based and have never been tested on animals. Perfectly Posh also state they manufacture all of their products within the United States.

How To Join – Perfectly Posh

There are a couple of options when it comes to joining Perfectly Posh. First, people join through word of mouth. You may get an invite to a Perfectly Posh party by a friend or co-worker, where a Consultant displays and discuss the products. This is similar to how other MLMs work, such as Avon and Mary Kay. At the end of the party, orders are taken, and if you are interested in becoming a Consultant, you may sign up and are sponsored by the person you bought the product from.

However, if you don’t have a sponsor or someone who refers you, there’s a second option. You can sign up through their website by purchasing one of two starter kits.

Starter Kit 1 — $35 and includes the following:

Starter Kit 2 — $99 and includes the following:

*Plus taxes and shipping

How is my commission check calculated?
The most important rule is: Your Rank, Their Title. To calculate how much you earned on the sales of Consultants in your downline, you simply need to know your Rank for that month and the Title of each of your Frontline Consultants. You are paid on the Team Volume (TV) of each of your Frontline Consultants.

What is PV and how does the retail price of an item and its commissionable volume relate?
PV stands for Personal Volume. During any month, it is the total of your personal commissionable sales. This includes anything you sell to customers or buy for personal use. At Perfectly Posh, the commissionable value of an item is equal to it
s retail price. For example, if you are making 20% commission and sell $100, you earn $20—plain and simple.

What is QFC?
Qualified Frontline Consultants (QFC) are your personal recruits who sell 200 PV or more in a month.

What are TV and CV, and what is the difference between my Team and my Company?
Your Company includes you and every Consultant in your downline, regardless of their titles. Company Volume (CV) is simply the total PV for all Consultants in your Company. Your Team includes you and every Consultant in your downline who is not a Premier or in the downline of a Premier. Therefore, your Team Volume (TV) is simply the total sales volume for all Consultants in your Team. If you have not yet reached Premier, and neither has anyone in your downline, then your Company and your Team are the same. TV and CV only become different when someone in your downline promotes to Premier or above.

Is Perfectly Posh a Scam?

Perfectly Posh is not a scam. They are a legitimate MLM company with actual products that they sale.

However, there are many mixed reviews as far as the business opportunity goes in many cases. People are warning others not to get involved in promoting Perfectly Posh products.

But, to be fair, there are some positive reviews too.

It is however, hard to get past this next one.

Perfectly Posh received an F rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)

Businesses are always going to have complaints against them, but an F is the lowest rating on the BBB scale.

Final Thoughts

I tried looking for a video explanation for the compensation plan, but I noticed there really isn’t much out there. Overall, it’s not a bad plan, but there are companies out there paying up to 50% commissions.

I also acknowledge the negative reviews may not reflect all consultants, and many customers claim independent consultants are competent and good at what they do. Many customers also seem to like the products. However, the business side appears disorganized and lacks caring about their investors, which does not appear to be the best opportunity for success.

It’s hard to overlook the F rating with the BBB. The only way to get an F rating is if the Company does not care about its reputation, and that doesn’t sound like a company that would be a wise investment.

Final – Final Thoughts

Essentially, as always, I leave the decision in your hands. I think it takes a certain personality type to push this type of agenda, and you must have people in your downline if your goal is to make money.

But let me tell you that network marketing or multi-level marketing business is not for everyone. If you are not comfortable with selling and recruiting then you might want to think twice. Also, getting people to sign up under you is only half the battle, as your income stream is dependent on their ability to sell and recruit. To achieve success, you must be good at selling and have a strong team under you.

Online success can come in many different forms, that’s why it’s important to do research and find YOUR way before you invest time, money, and resources into a seemingly good product or service.

Lastly, regardless of what you decide, one must always remember that there’s no substitute for hard work, consistency, and self-motivation for success with any business, especially an online business.
