There has been a lot of talk about this Company and its founder Mr. BK Boreyko, more on him in a bit. Well, here I will tell you about Bode’ Pro the company and its products. Can you make money with this company? Additionally, is Bode’ Pro a legit opportunity or just another scam? Let’s dive in and find out.

Bode’ Pro – The Company
Bode Pro is a multi-level marketing business founded in 2017 by siblings Karen, Lauren, and Mr. BK Boreyko, the owner and current CEO. The company has headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA.
Bode Pro is in the vitamin and supplement industry. According to their Facebook Page, their products are “immune-boosting liquid vitamins, energy-enhancing supplements, as well as cutting-edge anti-aging nutritional products, all specifically researched and designed to meet the ever-changing demands of the modern world.”
Bode pro also appear to have the same energy type drinks that were carried at Vemma.
Indeed, Bode Pro has not been around for long; however, its owner has been involved in network marketing for some time and has quite the past.
BK Boreyko’s Past Reputation
In 1994 Mr. Boreyko and his family started New Vision International, which sold nutritional supplements. Apparently, they made false claims that their products could cure and prevent ADD and ADHD without any evidence to support this claim. This brought them to the attention of the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). The company subsequently settled with the FTC; however, no wrongdoing was admitted.
Mr. Boreyko started his next business, Vemma, in 2004 or 2005 (his Linkedin page says 2005, but everywhere else I found was 2004). By 2011, New Vision International had been totally incorporated into Vemma.
VEMMA was a nutrition company that sold dietary supplements and energy drinks.
In 2012, a non-profit research center sued Vemma, stating their products contained lead, carcinogens, and reproductive toxins. They also indicated Vemma failed to provide the proper warning labels for their products. The following Court decision CalifCourtAlameda shows where Vemma agreed to allow their products to be tested for lead and have a warning label on them if they met specific criteria.
In 2015 the FTC called Vemma a pyramid scheme, shut them down, and froze its assets. The FTC indicated Vemma misrepresented how much a participant could earn, among other misleading marketing.
In 2016, a settlement was reached, and Vemma was ordered to comply with several things, including paying a hefty multi-million dollar fine.
Well, now that were caught up, we can move on and talk about the current company Bode Pro.
It didn’t take BK Boreyko long to start up again, as his new company Bode pro (which sells some of the same products), began in 2017.
I only hope BK Boreyko, has learned his lesson and is doing things the right way this time.
Bode Pro Products
They have several products that I will list and describe for you here. According to their website, all products work at the cellular level and provide optimal health benefits. They are nutrient-dense and apparently clinically studied and backed by science.
The Company provides a disclaimer that the Food and Drug Administration did not evaluate their website’s products. Additionally, they indicate the products do not diagnose or prevent any disease.
This was particularly good to see, considering Mr. Bk Boreyko past difficulties concerning these issues.
The Mitoketo Boost
The Mitoketo Boost is a supplement that supports a healthy and active lifestyle by working with two popular diet strategies a KETO diet and an Intermittent Fasting meal Routine.
Bod-e Product Line
Bod-e 10
This is the product to help reduce stress, increase vitality and assist in the anti-aging process.
Bod-e strong
The ultimate immune booster is full of antioxidants. These products also support hair and nails—basically, your all time basis for well-being.
Bod-e happy
A smart energy drink! Who wouldn’t want that? 😊 This is suppose to enhance your mood, improve your focus and boost productivity.
Verve Product Line
Verve Original
This is another energy drink. A healthy variety, with vitamins, but this one comes with caffeine. This one also says there are no artificial sweeteners and no high fructose corn syrup. However, there must be some sugar since they have a sugar-free variety.
Verve Sugar-Free
This one is pretty much the same as the original but without sugar. However, this product does have artificial sweetener in place of the sugar.
Verve Burn
Another energy drink of the Verve line. This product has high levels of protein and caffeine. The Company says this product will increase your energy and help with weight management.
Vemma Product Line
Vemma
This is a two ounce liquid antioxidant immune booster.
Vemma Ionic
A one ounce liquid mineral supplement that helps support your bodies vital functions and helps fill in the nutritional gaps.
Bode Pro – Compensation Plan
The compensation plan for Bode Pro is complicated yet similar to most MLM companies. You can get paid several ways, by selling their retail products and getting paid through a residual uni-level structure that pays 7 levels deep. Additionally, there are various levels and bonuses you can strive to reach as well.

Is Bode Pro a Scam?
Let me say no, Bode Pro is not a Scam. They are a real company with actual products to sell.
Even though it is not impossible, the MLM or Direct Sales Company (which is how they refer to themselves) is a challenging business model to make money with. Additionally, your success with this type of business structure depends on your team members, who signed up under you.
With that being said, is this a company I would recommend, or is BK Boreyko someone I would want to invest my money in? That is also a NO. At this time, anyway. The company is too new, and his past is too sordid. Bk Boreyko has not always put the customer first; what makes you think he has suddenly started to do that now? This company is too new, and there are too many red flags. I also could not locate a mission statement or any income disclosure that was available to the public.
As a business opportunity, I would pass on this one and not waste your money. If you want to go the MLM route, then I would recommend checking the internet first for many other MLM companies that would still outrank this one. Companies in the same niche that have been around longer and definitely without the prior problems.

I think it takes a certain personality type to push this type of agenda, and you must have people in your downline if your goal is to make money.
One must also remember that there’s no substitute for hard work, consistency, and self-motivation for success with any business, especially an online business.
