Maybe you were approached by someone who asked you to join this company or buy their products. So maybe now, you really want to know more about who they are, and what are they really all about? Well, you’ve come to the right place to get all the answers before you make any decisions.
Today I’m going to give you an honest review of Neora. Who are they? Are they a scam? What products do they sell? What does their Compensation Plan look like? Is it for you, or should you look at other alternatives instead? I hope you enjoy my Neora Review!
Neora – The Company
Neora, originally called Nerium, was established in 2011 by Jeff Olson, who is also the company’s current CEO. Their main headquarters are in Texas, USA.
They are an MLM company that specializes in skincare and health and wellness products. Neora also provides a business opportunity for those interested in the MLM business model.
The company has an NR (not rated) rating and is not an accredited business with the BBB.
What is an MLM Company?
Multi-level marketing (MLM) is a business model in which individual representatives receive commissions for selling products. This can happen through a variety of methods, including direct sales, referrals, or word-of-mouth. However, representatives also receive financial compensation by having people in their downline who are also selling the company’s products.
When the downline members make a sale, the person who recruited them also makes money. This hierarchical commission model is dependent on both product sales and future sign-ups. MLM companies are notorious for overpriced marketing products. More than likely, this is because they have to pay their representatives commissions on top of what the company makes.
Neora Products – What do they sell?
The products Neora sells are pretty pricey, in my opinion. They have skincare, wellness, hair care, and weight management line. The following are some samples in each of the areas.

Neora Compensation Plan
Neora’s compensation plan is similar to other MLM companies in that, you get paid commissions when you refer people to the business or sell products to others directly.
However, it is also complex, so Instead of me going into detail about their compensation plan, I found a video on YouTube that does a great job of explaining it for you.
I also found a pdf version of their compensation plan, so I’m attaching that here, too, for those who would rather have something to view. However, the pdf is the Australian version, but I can’t imagine there being much of a difference. compplanpdf

Neora -Low Income Potential
According to Neora’s 2019-2020 Income disclosure on their website, they had 39,985 active US Brand Partners. Out of those active Brand Partners, only 30.6% earned cash commissions, and 69.4% did not earn any cash commissions. The average annual gross earnings for an active US Brand Partner was $1,054.
This doesn’t exactly look like something you could live off. Or even make a good second income. What do you think?
Neora – Scam or Legit?
Let me say, No, Neora is not a scam. They do have actual products that they sell.
You do get paid more for recruiting than you do for selling their products, but that, in and of itself, does not make them a scam.
However, if you are looking for a company with a high possibility for full-time income potential, I would pass this one by. That is based on their own income disclosure, as I explained above.
Companies like this are often called scams because people do not believe in the products or tried to make money with their business opportunities and failed to recruit anyone.
I understand the people who have a hard time recruiting. I’ve tried MLM companies before, several times. The recruiting, it’s just not for me, and it’s not for everyone.
Final Thoughts
If someone has tried to recruit you into joining Neora, always remember recruiters can make this opportunity sound too good to miss out on.
It’s the recruiters job to be as convincing as possible. Often times this causes people to get their hopes up, only to realize the reality is a lot different than what they’ve been promised.
However, I essentially leave the decision in your capable hands. I think it takes a certain personality type to push this type of agenda. Even though it is not impossible, it is a challenging business model to make money with. Additionally, your success with the MLM structure depends on your team members, who signed up under you. Unless they are active and making sales, your earning potential is limited.
Bottom Line: To achieve success, you must be good at selling and have a strong team under you.
Online success can come in many different forms, that’s why it’s important to do research and find YOUR way before you invest time, money, and resources into a seemingly good product or service.
Lastly, regardless of what you decide, one must always remember that there’s no substitute for hard work, consistency, and self-motivation for success with any business, especially an online business.
